The user, the owner of the intellectual property rights over the file, retains the entire and exclusive property of the data / file transmitted to MailStronger. We reserve the right to access user data, their personal accounts and the content of emails sent through our platform.
MailStronger undertakes not to give or rent the data provided by the users except after having received the prior consent of the person concerned or in the case of a judicial inquiry.
